Ensure your wedding website has all the necessary details for your guests
Confirmation of vendors two weeks prior to your wedding
Option to have Destination Wedding Planning services with or without onsite services
Building emergency contact list and distribute to VIP's and Vendors; coordinate suppliers and act as the main point of contact
Access to emergency kit
Create and distribute wedding timeline to all vendors and VIP’s.
Help to ensure everyone has the necessary travel documents
Research requirements if you are to do the legal ceremony at the destination
